Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and contents.

Pretty Little Vials Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Orders may only be placed by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Please verify your shipping information before submitting your order. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
